Hisense has recently introduced a new lineup of mini-LED TVs, including the colossal 110-inch 110UX model, which is part of their premium ULED X series. Alongside this, the company has also announced a new series, the U9N, which offers many of the flagship line features at a more affordable price.

The U9N series claims to reach a peak brightness of 5,000 nits, thanks to its mini-LED backlight with up to 5,300 local dimming zones. These TVs also offer a quantum dot LCD panel, support for Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ high dynamic range. Viewing enhancements include IMAX Enhanced and Filmmaker Mode picture presets, as well as an anti-glare screen and ultra-wide viewing angle feature for improved off-center viewing.

Audio-wise, the U9N series boasts a built-in 4.1.2-channel Dolby Atmos audio system with up to 82W of power. The TVs are equipped with the Google TV smart platform, Wi-Fi 6E wireless connectivity, and an ATSC 3.0 tuner for next-gen digital TV channels.

Gamers will be thrilled to find a 144Hz native refresh rate for PC gaming, VRR with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support, Dolby Vision gaming, Auto Game Mode, and a new Game Bar feature that can be customized by users.

Hisense has priced the U9N series competitively, with the 75-inch model at $2,999 and the 85-inch model at $3,999. Both sizes will be available on BestBuy.com this summer.

Super Bright Mini-LED TVs Set to Outshine the Competition

TVs with high brightness are increasingly in demand, particularly for movie enthusiasts and for use in brightly lit rooms. Hisense’s new U9N series boasts an impressive 5,000 nits peak brightness, bringing it to the forefront of the mini-LED technology trend. Mini-LED is known for providing higher screen brightness than traditional LED and OLED technologies, which is why it's becoming the new standard for top TV manufacturers.

Hisense’s claim of a 5,000 nits peak brightness outshines Samsung’s flagship 4K mini-LED TV, which peaks at around 2,000 nits, and even their 8K mini-LED TV, which reaches 2,338 nits. With competitive pricing, Hisense’s new U9N series could be a game-changer in the industry, proving that TVs are not just expanding in size, but also in brightness and quality, all at a more accessible price point.
