The group also attempted to interfere with the Taiwan elections earlier this year, and it seems they are employing similar tactics to influence the upcoming US presidential election. They have even gone as far as creating deepfake audio to spread false endorsements.
Additionally, the Kentucky Thanksgiving train derailment has been used as fodder for these groups, with posts suggesting the US government is hiding something related to the spill of molten sulfur that occurred.
